I. Jesus Pursues and Draws Near to Us
- “For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.” (Luke 19:10)
- “… Behold, I, I myself will search for my sheep and will seek them out.” “I will seek the lost, and I will bring back the strayed, and I will bind up the injured, and I will strengthen the weak…” (Ezekiel 34:11,16)
- “The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.” (Psalm 34:18)
II. Our Relationship with Jesus Must be Rooted in His Word
