A week dedicated to praying for one another
Over 100 times in the New Testament the phrase “one another” is used. This reminds us of the importance of developing our spiritual disciplines together. Prayer is one of our most important disciplines. For that reason, during the week of March 21st we are encouraging each person of Hope to join together with another person of Hope (that is not a part of their immediate family) for a time of mutual prayer and encouragement. We would encourage you to do this in person, although this can be done by phone or by video call. Our goal is to have at least 100 people participate in this week-long event.
We would encourage you to take a moment to let us know if you plan on participating in “Pray Together” by signing up here.
Once you sign up, we will send you an email with some ways that you can be praying for one another.
Following this week dedicated to praying for one another, our hope is that you would continue to pray together. You can do that by being a part of our “Sisters in Hope” or “Brothers in Hope” ministries. If you are not already matched up with someone, or don’t already have someone in mind to pray with, we can help match you up. Either way, we would encourage you to sign up.
Ladies, you can continue to pray for one another by signing up to be a part of “Sisters in Hope”.
Guys, you can continue to pray for one another by signing up to be a part of “Brothers in Hope”.
We would love to hear how God has been working in your life through this prayer event or any of the other monthly prayer events that we are participating in this year. You can share your comments below.
