Beth Hewett
| This month of May, our focus at Hope has been to encourage everyone to stay faithful to God by consistently praying for those in their lives who have not yet come to know Jesus. We are highlighting Beth Hewett as our Minister of the Month. For many years, Beth faithfully prayed for her husband, Colin, to come to a saving faith in Jesus. There were seasons when Beth prayed with perseverance, and others when her Christian friends and growth group helped carry the burden—praying with her, for her, and alongside her for Colin’s salvation. In God’s perfect timing, her prayers were answered. Through the power of the Holy Spirit, Colin accepted Jesus as his Savior, was baptized, and is now an active member of Hope. God hears and answers prayer. Don’t lose heart—keep praying for those in your life who need Jesus. |
