Come and See
“Come and see what God has done: he is awesome in his deeds toward the children of man.” (Psalm 66:5)
“Who is like you, O LORD, among the gods? Who is like you, majestic in holiness, awesome in glorious deeds, doing wonders?” (Exodus 15:11)
“When the angels went away from them into heaven, the shepherds said to one another, ‘Let us go over to Bethlehem and see this thing that has happened which the Lord has made known to us.’” (Luke 2:15)
Come and Hear
“Come and hear, all you who fear God, and I will tell what he has done for my soul.” (Psalm 66:16)
“Come, and see a man who told me all that I ever did. Can this be the Christ? Many Samaritans from that town believed in him because of the woman’s testimony. . . They said to the woman, ‘It is no longer because of what you said that we believe, for we have heard for ourselves, and we know that this is indeed the Savior of the world.’” (John 4:29; 39;42)
“(the shepherds) mad known the saying that had been told them concerning the child. And all who heard it wondered at what the shepherds told them.” (Luke 2:17-18)
Come and Sing
“Oh sing to the LORD a new song, for he has done marvelous things!” (Psalm 98:1)
“Oh come, let us sing to the LORD; let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation!” (Psalm 95:1)
