We would like to have a question and answer session about the proposed changes to our constitution and by-laws on Tuesday January 17 at 6:30pm in the fellowship hall. Please bring your questions and concerns to that meeting after you read through the changes. If you plan to come to this meeting on the 17th, please let one of the pastors know. Thanks.
If you are unable to make the meeting on the 17th, we will have a few representatives of the subcommittee available for a video chat on Thursday January 26 at 6:30pm. We would prefer to have most of the discussion of the changes take place at these meetings rather than at the business meeting when we vote on the changes. So please voice any concerns or questions you have at these special meetings.
